How to Optimize Your OMR Reviews Profile: Set Up Global Features

Making a decision about new software isn't easy. To at least make it simpler on the tech and compliance side, you can use the "General Features" section to inform potential customers about your setup and support offerings as well as your data protection standards. Especially in Germany, data protection plays a central role, as strict requirements like the GDPR protect personal data. You can also specify whether you offer a free (trial) version. This information builds trust and creates confidence in your product.

You can configure the general features in the OMR Manager under the "General Features" tab using a checkbox selection. However, the available versions (free trial version and/or free version) aren't selected directly there. Instead, they depend on the pricing plans you've set up. As soon as you create a free pricing plan, it automatically appears in your general features. Similarly, the "Free Trial Version" only shows up in your general features once you've enabled it in the pricing options of a pricing plan using the text option "Free Trial".

Step 1

First, go to the "General Features" tab and click the "Edit" button.

Now you can select the right information about your tool's features. Finally, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
