Real reviews, real people: How we check every review

To make sure that reviews come from real tool users, we verify the identity of everyone who submits a review by checking their name and email address or LinkedIn™ account. We also look out for any potential conflicts of interest when we review submissions.

For example, you're not allowed to write reviews for software from your own employer, a parent or subsidiary company of your employer, or a competitor.

Reviews that are submitted are checked within a maximum of 72 hours on business days.

Once your review has been successfully checked and published, you'll automatically get an email notification.

If a review doesn't meet our guidelines, we reserve the right not to publish it. In that case, we'll send you an email with the reason for rejection and tips on how you can revise your review and resubmit it.

Reviews that don't meet our review guidelines won't be published. We also reserve the right to remove any reviews that don't comply with our guidelines at our own discretion and, if necessary, after asking the reviewer for their comments first.
