Bonus Incentive Budget

The Bonus Incentive Budget is a one-time bonus you receive when you sign up for an Essential, Advanced, or Professional package. The amount of the bonus depends on which package you choose:

You can use your Bonus Incentive Budget within one contract year. You can't carry it over to the next contract year or use it for any other purpose.

When you renew your contract, your incentive budget will be reset to the original amount for the next contract year. Upgrades or downgrades will adjust your budget according to your new package.

Additional Incentive Budget

If your included Bonus Incentive Budget isn't enough, you can top it up anytime. Just send a message to our Customer Support team at cs-reviews@omr.com and let us know how much you'd like to increase your incentive budget.

What happens next?

After your request, we'll increase your incentive budget accordingly. Your additional budget will be available right away in the OMR Manager and you can start using it for incentivized reviews immediately.

We'll send you an invoice for the additional budget afterwards.

⚠️ Please note:

Unlike your Bonus Incentive Budget, any additional incentive budget you purchase won't be reset at the end of your contract year.

If you still have additional incentive budget left when your current contract ends, it will automatically carry over to your next contract period, as long as you renew your contract.

If you cancel your contract, any remaining additional incentive budget will expire and can't be paid out or refunded.

💡 Good to know:

Incentives serve as a way to show appreciation for the review and the time invested. They're not meant to buy reviews or influence their content.

We publish all reviews that comply with our guidelines. We actually welcome and encourage you to collect negative reviews too and see them as valuable resources for product development and customer service.

As a neutral review platform, OMR Reviews checks every review within an average of 72 hours and acts as a service provider that automatically sends the corresponding voucher codes to your customers after their review is published. Reviews that aren't completed or are rejected won't receive a voucher, so your Bonus Incentive Budget stays intact. You can find more information about our review process here.

⚠️ Make sure you send your customers the incentivized review survey links you created. Don't send them the direct link to your OMR Reviews profile.

The incentivized survey links contain important parameters that enable the incentives and make sure your customers receive a voucher code from us after their review is published. Keep the links complete, especially when sharing them internally or externally. Some tools like Slack automatically shorten links.
