How can you update reviews?

To update a review, send your reviewers an invitation link again to rate your tool and ask them to update their review. When updating, it's important that your customers go through the questions again alongside the rating and adjust their answers accordingly. If you want to offer your customers a small thank you for their updated review, share the incentivized invitation link with them.
